Sunderland’s Care Worker of the Month - June 2025
Joining Benjamin in the spotlight this month is the brilliant Megan Waddy – this recognition couldn’t be more deserved!
Megan consistently goes above and beyond in her role. Her name is often heard in the office, always followed by praise from the people she supports. One person captured it perfectly:
“I can’t praise Megan enough. She’s a credit to Vestra Homecare – I always look forward to her visits.”
When asked how it felt to be recognised, Megan said:
It’s an honour to be named Care Worker of the Month. It’s amazing to hear such lovely feedback. I love my job, and I’m so happy to be making a positive impact.”
