We are looking for vibrant, enthusiastic, and caring individuals to provide care to vulnerable adults in their own homes across Sunderland, Stockton and Hartlepool.

No previous experience in care is necessary because we will provide you with all the training you require. Our first-class induction training prepares you for the challenges you will face as a community care worker, ensuring you are able to deliver a first-class service to the people for whom we care.

What Vestra Homecare can offer you!

If you were to join us and be successful at interview, you would be required to successfully complete our comprehensive face to face induction training program held at our local offices that covers nationally recognised topics, known as the Care Certificate.

As a company we pride ourselves on ensuring our staff receive the best possible training, and therefore your employee learning journey does not end at induction. We continue to invest in our employees offering you regular update training, client specific training courses and the opportunity to undertake recognised qualifications such as QCF Diplomas Levels 2, 3, and 4, and NFCE accredited courses in subjects such as Safe Handling of Medications and Dementia Awareness.

-We pay £13.20 per hour PLUS mileage 
-We pay £13.00 for walkers

HARTLEPOOL:

-We pay £12.72 per hour PLUS mileage

STOCKTON ON TEES:

-We pay £13.20 per hour PLUS mileage
