Hartlepool’s Care Worker of the Month – September 2025

Tracy’s journey is a wonderful example of how compassion and dedication can truly transform lives. Tracy recently moved from her role as a medication auditor into hands-on care work, and the difference she’s making is nothing short of inspiring.
One gentleman who suffers with Autism, used to spend most of his time in the pub, which wasn’t good for his health or wellbeing. Since Tracy began supporting him, with her encouragement, his life has taken a new direction. She’s helped him to get a fresh haircut, update his wardrobe, and rediscover new interests. Today, they enjoy trips to museums, walks in the park, and coffee shop catchups. Experiences that have completely transformed his day-to-day life.
But Tracy’s impact doesn’t stop there. Through her domestic and shopping calls, she’s transformed homes with deep cleans, helped clients make healthier eating choices, and created uplifting spaces where people can thrive. Tracy ensures the people she cares for feel comfortable, supported, and empowered.
