A huge congratulations to Courtney, our Sunderland Vestra Star for March!
Courtney has made a remarkable impression in a very short space of time, with outstanding feedback coming directly from clients and their families.
One daughter shared how Courtney encouraged and supported her dad with regular showers, and on a day when he couldn’t get out of the house, she kindly took his dog for a quick walk. A thoughtful gesture that meant so much to the family.
Another family member praised how wonderful Courtney had been with his mother, highlighting the positive difference she has made in such a short period.
Courtney said of her award:
“I was buzzing to be honest! I wasn’t 100% sure I was doing everything right in my first month, so getting that feedback meant so much. And the flowers were just beautiful.”
