Hartlepool’s Vestra Star of the Month - August 2026
Our first Vestra Star of the Month for August is Dawn from our Hartlepool team!
Dawn was nominated following some lovely compliments from both the family of someone she supports and her fellow colleagues.
The family shared how thankful and grateful they are for Dawn’s patience and understanding when supporting their loved one who is living with dementia.
Her colleagues have also told us that Dawn is a pleasure to work with. They describe her as always polite, approachable and someone who is willing to go the extra mile to help.
Dawn has been part of the Vestra team since 2014, and it’s wonderful to see her care and commitment recognised by both the people she supports and the colleagues she works alongside.
