This month’s well-deserved Vestra Star in our Durham branch is… Keira!
Keira has made a real and lasting impact on the people she supports, with numerous lovely compliments received about the care and support she provides.
One story in particular really shows the difference Keira has made.
When Keira first began supporting one of her service users, they were initially unsure about receiving support. Through her patience, kindness and the genuine relationship she built with them, Keira has helped them feel safe, comfortable and confident in her care.
It’s a fantastic example of how building genuine relationships can make such a difference to the people we care for.
Keira was completely shocked when she came into the office to receive her award, saying she never expected it. She was absolutely delighted!
