This month, we’re giving a special shout-out to Mia, who has recently joined the care sector.
Despite being new to care, Mia has already made a fantastic impression. She has shown herself to be reliable, eager to learn and always willing to help.
She has embraced working with new colleagues and has quickly grown in confidence when supporting different service users.
We’ve also received lovely feedback from the people Mia supports, which is a fantastic reflection of the care and dedication she brings to her role.
