Our May Vestra Star celebrations begin in Sunderland, where Lesley has been crowned this month's winner!
Having joined Vestra just over six months ago, Lesley has already made an incredible impact on both the people she supports and her colleagues.
When asked to describe Lesley, one office team member summed it up perfectly with a single word: “Legend.”
Lesley is known for being thorough, attentive, and responsive, but above all, she is a genuinely caring and compassionate person. She is always willing to help out her colleagues and support the wider team, while always putting her clients first.
When told she had won the award, Lesley shed a happy tear. She said:
"I've never received anything like this before. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I really enjoy coming to work, I love all my clients, and the office staff have been amazing with me."
